To build our skin structure, we also must eat many vegetables and fruits which contains antioxidant and many vitamins needed to supply the skin recycle system – to renew our skin tissue periodically in some period of time.

4. Drink green teas.

Green tea is very famous in Japan, the ingredient inside contains polyphenols which is very helpful as a protective agent against UV – Induced skin damaged. Polyphenols also have anti- inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic, and anti-aging properties.

· Related to our habit in daily life and sanitary matters, we should : 

As mature human being who has been interacting with the society and world for than 30 years, one must have been had many friends, colleagues, and acquaintances. Maybe they do not meet each other for many years, then when they meet again, some of them are looked younger than their ages, and the rest of them start asking the person, what is their secrets to stay younger and happy in their ages. The Author secretly listen and do a little bit research about this, and now she is ready to reveal and share the secret for being or looking younger in 30s.

· Related to what we eat and drink, we should :

1. Eat healthy foods for daily life.

We are human being, cannot deny to admit that some of the junk foods are also delicious, but we must remember to keep healthy, we must reduce the frequency of eating such foods. Furthermore maybe some day in the future, we can replace our habit, to eat only healthy foods in daily life.

2. Drink minimum 8 glasses of water – to avoid dehydration & dry skin.

With drinking minimum 8 glasses per day, we can postpone our skin to become dry. We can have better skin structure because our skin has enough water inside.
